It’s the big day. The royal wedding of the year will be celebrated today, May 19, in the chapel of St. George at Windsor Castle. But for the bride Meghan Markle will not be the first “I do“. The American actress and model who conquered the heart of Prince Harry will in fact be married for the second time.

Born in Los Angeles and raised in Hollywood, Megan Markle approached the world of cinema after earning a degree in theater and international relations. She got parts in several successful films such as Remember me, A Lot Like Love and Horrible Bosses ... The general public, however, remembers her mainly for the role of Rachel Zane, a legal assistant in the American TV series Suits. It was 2011 when Meghan got the part that will bring her international success and also married American producer Trevor Engelson who she had been romantically linked for seven years. Theirs was a quick marriage which ended two years later because of “irreconcilable differences”, according to what they said. Then she met Harry. The actress and the prince met in 2016 thanks to a mutual friend and after numerous dates and travels around the world, the couple announced the official engagement on November 27.

Thirty seven years old on August 4, brown eyes and brunette hair, Meghan Markle walked more than a red carpet with class and self-confidence, always wearing the right outfits. Whether it was a Dolce & Gabbana fire-red minidress, an enchanting Royal blue mermaid dress or an elegant V-neck little black dress by Preen by Thornton Bregazzi, the Suits actress always stood out for her effortless-chic style. Even after the farewell to cinema – Royal commitments require her presence – Meghan continues to make headlines sporting outfits for official outings alongside her handsome prince Harry. The long  Ralph & Russo dress worn by the actress for the official engagement photos was marvellous; the Christmas outfit made of camel coat, caramel boots and matching hat was purely bon ton; the total white look chosen for Commonwealth Day, super-chic. The royal style according to Meghan Markle.
